Alexis Mitchell is a Partner at Todd & Mitchell, PC.

A native of Florence, South Carolina, Alexis graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina while working part-time at the Firm as a runner. Alexis then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School in New Jersey where she also graduated with honors. There, she also received recognition from the State Bar for her excellence in pro bono work, and she earned a top score on the Multistate Bar exam. After graduation, Alexis worked at a large corporate law firm in New Jersey where she worked directly with the Managing Partner on high-profile cases. 

Alexis recently returned to her home state of South Carolina and re-joined the Firm, hoping to serve the community that raised her with distinction. She has a wide range of litigation experience, including in matters of healthcare, employment, real estate, probate, and commercial disputes, and is also well-versed in estate planning, real estate transactions, and contracts. She is a Member of the South Carolina Bar and North Carolina Bar.
